Re: Flour tortillas
Even the local fruterĂas carry them. Lopez on Ajijic plaza and their main shop on the carretera.
IMO El Torito has best selection of thinner ones, which we prefer.
I buy and freeze in large quantities (30 to 40); I put wax paper between them and they come out easily when I need them. You can save and reuse the wax paper.

Re: Flour tortillas
They come in packages and last well. Corn tortillas, sadly, do not. (there are things you can do, but it's not the same.)

Re: Flour tortillas
We buy fresh corn tortillas from the lady lakeside mid Ajijic Carretera if we find a parking place.
