Has anyone ever seen this down here? I have looked everywhere, including Home Depot, and no one seems to have it.

Home Depot is supposed to have these products by Cemex... watch the video because it will tell you whether you need Concreto Seco or Mortero Seco depending on the project. All you add is water.

And thank you CBob, because this is exactly what I need to buy but 25 kg is a bag that is too big for my purposes. Ya wanna split a bag?
Also, isn't there a product that you have to "prime" the old concrete with before filling with new concrete so they bond to one another?

That's great. They didn't have this product a couple of years ago (or at least that's what they told me). I don't need any right now but happy to see I can get it when needed.

It's not easy to get new cement to stick to old. The old should be roughed or chipped up if needed so it's not smooth. Then you should wet it down well for a couple days. Soaking and old blanket or sleeping bag in water and covering the area and keeping it damp helps. Then the old surface should be painted with polymer.

You should do this regardless of whether the new mix has polymer in it or not. If it doesn't come like that, get some polymer and add it to the mix. When the work is done, try to keep it wet or damp for several days.
