Are there any discounts for seniors on any utilities?

I was told SIMAPA only honors the INAPAM cards for Mexican citizens... not permanent residents.

I have an INAPAM and I am a Mexican ciizen and I do not get a discount.

Your CFE bill is subsidized by the govt. for about 70% if you don't go over a certain amount of kilowatts per billing session.
