clinic for blood tests

Can you recommend a clinic for blood tests? Thanks.

I normally use Chopo in Ajijic, but if it's crowded or if I need/want the bloodwork outside of their regular hours I will go to Hospital San Antonio as their lab is 24/7.  HSAT results much faster as Chopo usually sends the blood to Guadalajara for testing (may depend on type of test)??.  

Ajijic Hospital is often too busy during the day and you can't rely on them after office hours and certainly not in late evenings or early AMs---I've wasted my time parking and going there more than once.

Chopo. Either the one in Ajijic beside Marissa's Bakery or the one next to Pancho's in Riberas. The latter has better parking.
Whichever lab you choose to go to, it's important that you keep going to the same one especially if you have a particular test done regularly.

I usually use the Chopo next to Pancho's in Riberas as they open at 7:00am. Perfect if your test required fasting. Get up and head straight there while the coffee is being made......lol.

We like Chopo because for most tests, they will email you the results that same evening.

I really like the lab behind the BP station on the libramiento--can't remember the name. they are fast and very economical.
