IT Assistance

After a Microsoft update, update, my computer lost its marbles. I had to reinstall and lost all of my programs. Luckily, I had most of the discs and have been able to reinstall some of them. Still having trouble and cannot get the pictures off my phone for some reason. I would very much like somebody to come on site and assist me with the intricacies of these processes. Unless you have applications that only run on Windows, I would look at a Chrome OS. I have taught computers and am MOUS certified, yet I have switched to Chrome since I was fed up with the updates and problems Windows causes.
