CiBanco ATM
Maybe I am late to the party since it has been some time since I used the ATM at CiBanco to withdraw money from my US account but I used to be able to withdraw 18,000 pesos at a time there for one fee. I went yesterday and could only withdraw I think 8,000. Went back today and the same thing. I know my US bank hasn't changed my limit - did CiBanco lower theirs? Certainly helps them make more money if they did. Can someone tell me where the ATM is that allows the largest withdrawal for one fee? TIA.

If you can, get a Charles Schwab debit card. They refund ATM fees in full at end of every month, world-wide.

The machine at LCS has a 10K limit, but as Brigitte said, you can hit it with back-to-back withdrawals, but you will pay a fee every transaction unless you have a fee-free ATM card. It is an Intercam ATM but I don't know the fee.
Besides Schwab, USAA offers fee-free ATM cards however you must have a military connection of some sort to qualify for an account. The criteria is at USAA's website.

Unless they changed it very recently, the ATM at the LCS has a $5,000 peso limit per transaction (or at least it does on my BBVA and Scotia cards).
