Lost all signal Shaw direct Empty Lost all signal Shaw direct

Everything fine until I tried a US news channel. No signal. Tried many other channels including global. Signal lost. Reset receiver 3 times. No signal. Anyone else lost all of their channel on Shaw Wednesday evening? No signal. I have the 800 series receiver.
