I have never looked for one, but have had good luck for many products at the papeleria at the corner of Hidalgo and Ocampo Juarez in Ajijic.
It's a hole in the wall in size, but ask the owner (maybe bring a photo on your phone??) and he will look in his stockrooms which shoppers can't access.

Doesn’t Ocampo and Hildago run parallel to each other? I don’t know where a corner between the 2 would be?

I tried playing an accordion folder once, but I could not get any music out of it.
