Tony's Takeout just east of SuperLake. And their coleslaw is good too.

Emma's Deli is just north of LCS main gate on opposite side of street.  A door or two away from So Chic Boutique.  

Emma's potato salad is best I've had here.

I have gotten small containers of it as take-away; you may want to phone ahead for a large order, but I'm sure they'll accomodate you, very nice owners and staff.
