Road construction by Walmart

Hola, does anyone know what the plan is for the construction at the bottom of the hill from the libramento? It looks like they're making some kind of access road, but I can't be sure.

That will solve nothing. In addition, there is still NO way for people living east of Walmart to get INTO Walmart without passing Walmart, pulling a U turn and heading back east to make a right hand turn to get into the Walmart parking lot. That entire intersection is the biggest F.U. in the history of the area.

If you are a local, you just have to drive like a local (having a "Mexican-looking" vehicle helps too). Heading West? Just turn left into WM, the East heading traffic does still sit there as if there still is a LH turnlight into WM... odd. Or just drive up to the Auto Zone store and turn left (slight U-turn) there, I find people accommodating for the most part. Or get a scooter, very manoeuvrable!

I did make lemonade. I order online now and have it delivered right to my door except for fruit, veg and meats which are local and within 5 minutes distance.

Very simple fix! That is much better than giving all the pesos to Walmart, it has been over a year that I have presented myself inside there.
