Sandy's Deli in Seis Esquinas

New spot which happily is adjacent to my go-to rollos de canela bakery, both directly across from the Guadalupe Church on Ocampo.

Two birds, one stone!  Grab some warm cinnamon rolls (usually around 12:30pm) along with a Panini or other item from Sandy's.

I got the pollo y queso Gouda (and avocado slices inside).  Nicely seasoned tender chicken strips, lots of melted cheese and the bread has a sprinkle of herbs.  Light spread of dijon mayo.  

Paninis come with either fries (very good) or a side salad.  90 pesos.  

And no worries of 'shrinkflation.'  I plated my lunch on a full size dinner plate and it almost didn't fit  

I ordered via Whatsapp, very quick response.  I ordered in my pidgin Español, but at least one staff speaks Ingles.

Another chicken panini from Sandy's.  Price now is 110p, worth it! Also now on Traitte. I order via Sandy's Whatsapp as I'm a 5 minute walk away. For us, it's big enough to share.

I am a little confused. The FB site lists it on Ocampo in SAT, but the map takes me to Ajijic.

Enlighten me?

Roy, in the title of the Post she says, ... "in Seis Esquinas,... and then "directly across from the Guadalupe Church on Ocampo".

Ocampo becomes Constitucion east of Colon. Colon is the main north/south street in Ajijic.
