Is it true that wills written in the USA or México are accepted both countries.

How about us poor Canucks? I was under the impression that they had to be drawn up in Mexico.

That can be the case but it is much better to have a will in each country to dispose off the assets in that country and let it be known that another will exists to dispose of the assets in the other country.

How about putting everything in the name of a LLC/IBC offshore of all countries where the assets are situated, and just transfer the structure to intended beneficiaries?
