Retorno Parcial is a little known Banjercito program that allows you to drive out of México without canceling your TIP, but with proof that you have removed the car from México.

Ditto to that, thanks Rolly. Does the car have to go out the same place it came in? We got the original permit at Reynosa but now go in and out at Pharr.

My sticker was issued in Nogales, removed 2 years later in Laredo...no problem. Ordered the replacement sticker on line, delivered to my home in Oregon, avoided the hassle @ the border.
