BAYA BISTR0
Tall palapa roof, across from Superlake center. Parking in front and out in back.
Delicious freshly prepared food. Lots of variety from wraps to burgers to chicken, beef or shrimp barbied skewers. Tried the shrimp today; came with a separate container of peanut sauce; big shrimp, nine to an order at 45 pesos. Yum. Esposo had the buffalo wraps, spicy (not too) and also delicious. Came with a fruit cup. 45 pesos. Nice people, comfortable seating.........give 'em a try.

Yes, it is very good. We both loved it. The Danish fellow who owns it is a very gracious host. Isn't it called Baya Bistro though?

You're right about the name, and if you can correct it in the title of the thread, please do.
He let us know he's Dutch, rooting for the Dutch sports team........but hey, it's one of those cold places up north. Chuckle.

Re: BAYA BISTR0
Today at lunch at Baya Bistro, I had the best burger I've eaten at Lakeside, juicy and topped with bacon, grilled onions and cheese and served on a flaxseed bun. It was accompanied by homemade sweet potato chips and served beautifully too. I also had a glass of sangria that was topped with beautiful fresh fruit including a plump blackberry; the fruit became my dessert ;-)
This was my second visit to Baya Bistro and I'm very pleased. The service was a bit slow but excellent once it got going.
