Thank you ferret. Having just returned from Paris with that city´s great breads, we´ll have to try this place. Local breads in the Ajijic area don´t compare.

Nice to know since the bread in Mexico generally sucks.

The light rye bread at the bakery accross from the bank on colon in Ajijic is quite good but it sells out before noon, somtimes 11am.
It has the correct texture and taste rather than the other ryes available down here. Nice small loves for $20P which allow you to use it
up fast and go buy a fresh one sooner. He also has nice cheeses. Sometimes Liverwurst.
