Assisted Living Facility Empty Assisted Living Facility

I was told last week that ground has been broken for a very, very large assisted living place out in west Ajijic. The plans are quite expansive and the whole project won't be completed for several years due to it's massive undertaking. The location is supposed to be alongside and above the new Pemex out there.

Anybody else hear or know anything more about this project?

Did the Japanese Nursery sell off more land? Does anyone know who might be building it?
