Granted this is information published by one author but:
1) The first license to sell tomato pies (pizza) was issued in 1905
a) In what city?
b) Name of the establishment?
c) What type of oven did they use?
2) In 1912, a business license was issued to what is now considered the longest running tomato pie parlor
a) In what city?
b) The name of the establishment?
3) Basically the name for this dish was changed from tomato pies to pizzas in the 50's
a) Why?
4) The Chicago style deep dish pizza was invented in 1943
a) The name of the establishment?
b) What factor caused this style to be created?

HINT: None of the correct answers involve any restaurants in the Greater Boston/Massachusetts area.

Bonus Question: What percentage of the pizza restaurants in the US are non chain individually owned?
