Curves Chapala

I used to be able to find them on Facebook, and now that we are headed down to the lakeside, I can't find them anymore. Is the Curves in Chapala still in business? Thanks.

As far as I know they are still in business in the Laguna Mall - which I guess is in the municipality of Chapala - but not in downtown Chapala.

I can never tell if they are open or not. You can't see in and their doors are always closed, but I never see anyone go in or out.

I did see in San Antonio Tlay. that on the corner 1 block towards the coco-cola factory from Superlake, there is painted on the side of the building an all womens gym. If or when this is open, I do not know.

Curves in the Laguna mall is no more. The Pink Power women´s workout studio is run by the same woman. She had Curves-type equipment made. I have not been in there yet, but a friend went and liked it. Small but personal. It is $400 (pesos) a month for unlimited visits. Plus a one-time annual fee that is marked down for December and January. It is (I think) $250 instead of $400 pesos. Stop by and check it out.

You can also go to many of the gyms lakeside and pay far less and have the personal trainers help you set up a circuit type routine. There are times of the day when the gyms are less busy. I go to zona fitness, and there are some days when there are only 1-2 other people in there. I pay $30 pesos each time I go. No annual fee, no monthly fees.
