Well apparently the Mexican government will allow new permanent residents to bring in a car - but it must meet strict environmental requirements. So far, the only vehicle to meet these requirements is the Peel P50. Here is a video of the original, but a whole new version has gone into production in the U.K. Shocked

Wouldn't you love to go take a drivers license test in that?

There is not enough money in the world for me to get on the carreterra with that........

Top Gear head Giant Idiot drove a Peel through the BBC buildings including
going behind the newscasters and driving through the news LOL. The Peel has
a 2 stroke 50CC motor. Trivia on the peel ....no reverse.
