If you pay immediately you get two benefits:
* The 30% Discount
* Ain´t nobody there so you are only at the paying office in Chapala for about 15 minutes rather than waiting with a bunch of morons who waited until the last minute and spend the better part of the last few days playing musical chairs with other imbeciles to save about $10USD.
