Pre-mixed concrete
The type you just add water to. I assume Home Depot would have it but has anyone seen this around here?

The first place I'd check is Jara, a few doors west of Telmex in Ajijic. The nice woman that works there used to live in California and speaks perfect English, so she'll know exactly what you're looking for. It's a great little hardware store.

Nice thing about Mexico... the cement comes with a little feller & a wheelbarrow ... all for the same price as a bag of

Sounds like a small business opportunity. Sell it to the DIY gringos around the lake. Make up some pre-mix, bag it and sell it at the various markets........
In fact someone could put together a whole "salitre fix kit" that comes with the pre-mix cement mortar, some bonding agent, some fin salitre and some primer.
