Leaving Guad airport

It's been awhile since I flew out of Guad. Do you still go to the INM office in the lobby for the stamped exit form before going to the check in counters ( I have a residente temporal visa )?

Just be sure to write Residente Temporal on the FMM. Otherwise you could be deemed a tourist and cancel your visa without even realizing it.

Would that be on departure or returning to MX? I seem to remember writing the visa type and the number when I returned to MX last time... and of course showing my card to INM in Guadalajara.
