Body shop for minor repairs

Can't locate any recent recommendations on the Board for a body shop.

Last body shop I used was, I believe, Fernando's out near Roberto's Restaurant. But I believe he's gone.

Need some minor repairs - scuffed bumpers and a scrape on the rear fender.

Any recommendations from recent experience???

Fernando's is still there but he sold out to one of his workers. I had a friend that had work done there recently and he was very happy with the work and prices.

I believe the guy who worked for Fernando is operating that shop and the work is still quality.

I see there's a body shop in S.A.T. called AUTO SPA.

Has anyone had experience with this outfit?

I live in SAT but don't recognize "Auto Spa".  Where is it located? I'm only asking because I had a very poor experience with a place in SAT but don't remember the name of the place.

I just had some serious body work done to my car by the guy who took over from Fernando. He did a fantastic job for a great price.

Take your car there, you won't be sorry.

I also used the young man who took over for Fernando. Excellent and professional job.

This is great.

Looks like I can get estimates from two competent body shops and choose the best.

after the umpteenth time, a weld broke on one of my front fender struts i took it to bob's maricio and gave him pics of a redesign which i figger will be more cobblestone friendly. old metal sure breaks easy and i wanna keep the main fender.

I've used Junior next to Francisco's on  both our rigs since 2006.  I can't speak for price as I really never checked. Satisfied with quality.  On one occasion he repaired some minor damage and 2 days later scraped the same spot.  Took it back to Junior, he looked and said what happened.....I said me poco loco, I did it again.  I said how much, he laughed, said no body work, just more sanding and painting......NO CHARGE!    The original bill was 1250 pesos.

Just to provide feedback.

I did get two estimates and selected Mauricio in Riberas (CBob's recommendation) with a 700 peso lower price.

Work was done in three days and looks great. Color match was perfect.
