ATV - repair winch Empty ATV - repair winch

Looking for someone to diagnose / repair winch on ATV.
It was in a low speed accident, and the owner thinks it might just be a connector but cannot find anyone to check it out.
The man is in Ajijic, hoping to find someone local.
I know there are many shops in Joco, but would prefer not to go that far.


Any suggestions will be appreciated!

jocotepec is only 25 minutes-pepe is in el chante before the curve on the right[speaks no english]. there are a few places near the pemex in chapala as well.
