Can anyone recommend a good, English-speaking Ear, Nose and Throat doctor here in Lakeside?

I've had a perforated eardrum my whole life, so I need a doctor that knows how to treat that ear carefully (i.e. removing earwax without causing ear infection) Any doctor that uses a syringe to force water into the ear canal to remove the wax is DEFINITELY out of the question! That's the worst thing you can do, especially with a perforated eardrum!
