Telcel Saldo de Regalo Lost

My Telcel saldo expired on April 30th so I added 100 pesos on May 1st. I had 95 pesos de regalo before putting the 100 on and now I only have the 20 pesos regalo for the recharge. Is this a new thing that you lose your saldo de regalo if you don't recharge before your current saldo expires?

Also, someone had mentioned that if you transfer saldo to someone else's number it expires after ten days. Then someone else disputed that claim. Does anyone have current experience with this (pasa tiempo)?
