experience with telecable for phone or e net service? Empty experience with telecable for phone or e net service?

Im told that tel mex is real slow to connect a new service. I need telephone and e net for a house in Chapala, Telecable says next day

connection. Anyone have experince with the pone and e net service they provide? Thanks in advance
