I saw that too on another weather site and thought it was a mistake. I guess not. Weird weather for sure.

The wind has started in Upper ajijic at noon. Getting cloudy now. Alarms going off from wind blowing. Weird for sure CB!!

I was just down on the malecon and the wind coming off the lake is incredible. Has to be 80 kph gusts. I've never seen the lake so rough. Huge whitecaps all the way across.

Very strong gusts in Upper Ajijic and and a light rain has started. Some of the mountains on the south side of the lake are obscured. First time in 6 years we have seen weather quite like this.

Had a nice fire in the fireplace last night.
The yard is a real mess of leaves this morning.

Three folks were out sailing between Chapala and Scorpion Island yesterday about 5pm when I was checking on my boat. Looked like Lasers and they were having a tough time keeping them up. Good sized waves and lots of wind.

Holy crap its 6C or 42F this morning in upper western ajijic!!

I put the outdoor thermometer away from the house and it was 1.7C (35 F) in Upper Ajijic at 7:50 a.m. It is now almost 5C

Last year, right about the same time in March, we had a weekend with torrential downpours and 'gullywashers'. We were at the corner of Ocampo and Colon and the water was rushing over the sidewalks. Had to step onto the street, and the water was up to my knees! (I'm 5'6" tall)

That makes sense as my outdoor sensor is on a porch thus the 42F. One more cold night but probably not as cold as this am.

I forgot about that..we were away but heard reports of the downpours. It's about 17 C now. We have the fire lit.

I went out this morning and found the wind had blown several clay tiles off the carport.

March alsways has wind , it is to make the pods of the tabachines fall and it happens every year..

I saw a video today of a large billboard on a concrete pole that got blown over onto what looked like a major avenue in Guadalajara. A mighty wind.

10C or 50F this AM under the porch in upper west Ajijic.
