He has been around forever and his shop has been locked for a couple of weeks.

Speaks conversational English. Very nice guy.

Anyone know anything about him? Where he might be?

He has a dog named Charlie (Large GSD type) and last I saw had a younger, maybe 6-8 months GS type.
