Supplements

I'm trying to find a source(s) here in Mexico for 3 specific supplements......Arjuna, Stinging Nettles and NattoKinase. I've searched here and on other expat forums without any success. This includes all of the major Mexican drug stores including the online sources. Anyone know where I might find these supplements?

If not, is anyone having recent and regular success importing supplements into MX from the USA? I find conflicting reports of success with some reporting confiscation of their orders by customs while others report no problem. All reports are at least a few years old though. Any comments on more recent experiences would be appreciated.

Can't think of the name of the place of course, but driving from Chapala you take the first left into La Floresta (after Walmart) and follow it to the end. Take a right and it's about a block and a half on the left. You'll see a old rusty ocean mine (spiky ball). He has about everything for oils and supplements, is quite knowledgeable and speaks English. It looks like a private residence but walk in and say hi to the dogs. Shop is on the right up the driveway.

Thanks for that, Bartdude, I think that is where the shop that was across from SL moved to. They are very knowledgeable, now I know how to find them.

If not there, try the Dra. next to SL and her husband who have a shop as well.

And then there is that place near TelMex that had milk thistle and just about everything else.

CB what is the dosage for the milk thistle?

It says 3 capsules per day with meals. I think each cap is 275mg.
