Some friends are now using this in Barra de Navidad and Melaque and it works well. Speeds are 10mbs download steady. You need  4G cellular signal where you place the modem - the modems can use external SMA antennas for a better signal. I tested the 4G service in Barra de Navidad last week with my phone. Speed was 35 mbs download and 18 mbs upload.

Thanks for that information; I'll make sure to check it out.

I checked with Satellite Internet in Mexico & Central America (on Facebook), and when I told them their prices were outrageous, they responded with a Private Message which I have attached. I don't think they're worth the effort.

After I reported them to Facebook for harassment, I checked their Home Page and found a review from someone (in Argentina, I believe) who apparently had a similar experience and asked if a five-year-old might have been in charge of responding.

A five year old would have had better language skills.
