WANTED: 1-2br Casita, House or Condo to Rent - 6-12 months from 1/2019

Hello!

Do you own a home and have a lease expiring in the next few months?

I am looking for a mid-to-long term (1-2br casita, home or condo) to rent from late Dec/Jan to May or June 2019. I am flexible on timing.

Chapala/SA/LaFloresta/Ajijic. Potable filtered water. Casita to house US$: 500 - 850.
Very responsible former business owner, contractor and real estate pro. Willing to do small repairs, but you have to supply the tools and parts. (I will not have a car on this trip.)

I will be in Lakeside Sept 10-17 to view homes.
