Do you pay cash for the certified check or do they accept debit card from another local bank?

You can ask at the bank when you purchase the check...but be prepared to pay cash if the teller says no.

Just curious of where to get passport photos and price?

If you renew at LCS they have a photographer there when you renew. Otherwise there’s a photographer across from Manix restaurant in Ajijic or there are photographers in Chapala on the main drag.

In Chapala, use Studio Zaragoza on Lopez Cotilla half a block east of the plaza.
