At the end of the pdf. you'll find info on ALL the SEMOV offices in Jalisco including their hours. Do bear in mind, everything is closed this week and some next week.

Looks like 8:30 if they are open today ? The line wasn't that bad 2 weeks ago. In and out 2 hours. Got there about 10:30 Good luck
