9th Annual Art Walk in Ajijic

The 9th Annual ASA Studio Art Walk is being held on Saturday & Sunday February 22 & 23, 2020. This year we have almost 100 talented local artists showing their work at over 30 locations around Ajijic. You'll find a huge selection of art including mixed media, oils, acrylics, photography, sculpture, jewelry, handicrafts... and so much more.

Put on by the Ajijic Society of the Arts (ASA), some of the proceeds from the event help support the LCS Children's Art Program.

You can buy your admission booklet (admits one) for only $50 pesos at Diane Pearl, Superlake, LCS, the Ken Gosh Gallery (Guadalupe Victoria #30), and Art Connection (Centro Laguna). The admission booklet has a directory of the artists with a sample of their work, a listing of where each is showing, and maps to all the locations.

At this event, you'll see demostrations by the artists and craftspeople, have the opportunity to talk with the them, and if you find a work that you want to buy, it will be more meaningful than doing so at a exhibition or gallery. Many of the artists are showing in their own home studios. Some are showing as a group. All have pictures of their work in the admission booklet. Enjoy!
