He didn't mention any group of people that I understood. But this is just a short clip and there may be more of this video that designates specific groups. I think it's everyone. Maybe Slainte will read something in the paper with specifics.

Sadly, sorry, but we may be looking at next spring for freedom! There is a lot of medical talk about expecting a second wave of CV19 this fall in conjunction with the normal flu season. And, they say it might be worse than this first wave that we are experiencing now.

Hope this does not come to pass.

A shut down Mexico won't last until August let alone next Spring. Way too many poor people and lack of government safety net. There will be riots and looting. If you read the text under the video it says something about federal workers only. 

If at the end of May Chapala still has little or no cases I hope they let the local economy reopen but still turn away outsiders.

AMLO has already cut government workers salaries including his own.

Unless I missed something , there is nothing about a lock down until August.. .. It is about the Federal employees not a general lock down
