Does anyone know if any of the local fabric stores sell vinyl in various colors?

I would try the fabric shop kitty-corner from the Chapala Bus station on the side street, not Madero. 

Failing that I'd go to the tapicerías starting with the one on Gonzalez Gallo north of, or about a block past, the tennis courts at Parque Cristiana in Chapala.
