My Ilox is working in Ajijic Centro. Send them an email to noc@mail.ilox.mx.    Give them the name on the account and address. They usually respond within 30 minutes.

I just sent them an e-mail as well. They responded within five minutes and said, yes you have a problem and sent the information to their engineering department.
