I just got an inquiry from a "snowbird" friend and he is wondering if they will allow the Canadians to fly here this winter.  Anyone know what the current rules are or where to look?

At this point anyone can fly into Mexico. Both Air Canada and Aeromexico have direct flights to MEX from Vancouver and Toronto.

No but Air Canada stopped flying here for a few months but have recently resumed service. I guess the demand is there.

Aeromexico is also flying out of Montreal to Guad. but a lot of the flights are sold out! Interjet use to fly out of Montreal also but with their tight finances and the Covid-19 situation they have cnacelled that route for the time being.
