My wife has had a sinus infection she cannot shake in spite of several weeks of antibiotic treatment. She has already seen multiple doctors at lakeside and has been checked for COVID.

Can anyone recommend an ENT specialist who might be able to help?

Search for "Naso-otolaringolico" and I suspect you will find several in Guadalajara. However, I would suggest that you first contact Quality Care for their suggestions and a referral.
