Maybe, Ajijic, Chapala/LaFloresta can do the same!
Though it is my understanding the ordinances are in place.
Just no one will (can) enforce them!

There are laws now in place. Sometimes they even get enforced. Sometimes.

Well living in Ajijic centro I can say it is a lot quieter than it was when we first moved here 9 years ago. The cohetes and churchbells are a fraction of what they used to be.
