el Negro - Burger Ink

The best tattoo artist around, and now has a dynamite burger shop beside his work in Chapala. He delivers to Riberas and San Antonio for 50p (he tried Traitte and was not happy). I have had his BURGER ESPECIAL and it is the best, too. (IMO, anyway, and I've tried them all, from Simba to Iron Horse, Vancouver Wings and Black Wings.) And so much more reasonably priced than a lot of places around here.

These boigahs is BIG. Mine was loadede with avocado, pico de gallo, bacon, and a fried egg, along with the regular fixin's. And the fries are handcut and properly cooked. Not twice-cooked, I don't think, but good enough.

Is there a phone number for delivery?

Awesome. I heard his wife opened a burger shop. Going to check it out.

Thanks. Somehow I copied the wrong link, and of course cannot edit the post.

Meanwhile I had occasion to try some other junk food: the chicken nuggets are awful, frozen, factory-formed pieces of yech that were only half cooked.

The Cubana, which I used to be able to get on the Chapala plaza for almost nothing, is gigantic and stuffed with yummy shredded pork and all kinds of things... including Fud weiners, which are my candidate for most disgusting tubesteaks in the universe; and the BBQ wings, which are the best price in town, and are properly-cooked, decent-sized wings.

But can you go under the needle while eating a burger??? Might be time to add to the collection!!
