I understand there will initially only be 3 stations in Guadalajara. they will be focusing there. They need to build 90+ more stations. It will be a while.

I talked to Greg at Greg's Auto Service and he applied but the startup costs are horrendous and lots of bureaucracy to get approved.  He says he won't continue to apply but expects there will be at least one in the Chapala area.

Reporter said only if you go into Guadalajara frequently you have to get test now. Stay here!!

If driving to Guadalajara without verification, what are the consequences since no fines are begin issued until 2022?
