I think the public should put pressure on the municipal town council and Pueblo Magico to make all cell towers stealth! That is look like a tree. Palm and pine options are available. I couldn't transfer a copy?

They also need to stop illegal towers from going up. Haven't heard of any in a while, but not everyone updates what they see.
