Renew Temporal

I understand the process has changed in the last year. Do I fill out a form online? or just call for an appointment? can I really go from Temporal to Permanente after only one year if retired and can qualify financially? Would appreciate some detail for the process from anyone who has had to renew recently. Thanks.

You can walk right in to their office near Chapala and ask, without waiting in line.
