That's a related activity by the same organization; it's musical training and apprenticeship for young fledgling musicians. It's always been held in summer.

I am wondering about the full-fledged concerts by the professional musicians (many from Canada) that normally happens in Feb.

Well if you click on Concerts/Events it looks like it was last held in August 2021 so I think they moved it from February?

This year’s Northern Lights Music Festival, scheduled for 2/3 - 2/21, was canceled in late December due to Omicron.
