It's down a little bit to 21.32 today. But that is still almost a 5% increase since last year.  It aint much, but every little bit helps :)

It really doesn't help in the long run Pete because there will be local inflation to keep up with it. If/when the USD falls the other way you can bet they won't lower the prices locally.
