Who could I hire and how much would I expect to pay to go to Guad to various car dealerships?

Check out S&S auto. They may be able to get you a better deal. There would be a service fee but they are excellent and honest.

Unless there is another Francisco, the older Francisco who had a taxi service passed away a while ago. He has sons that drive.

I use Francisco Junior since his Dad passed away...always right on...I have been using that family for 35 years...
