It turned out to just be mine. There was apparently a bad connection somewhere. The Ilox tech showed up within 30 minutes of calling so I was impressed with that.

Lol.......they haven't been bad for me. They are quick to respond when there is a problem. I was thinking of switching to TP but now I'm hearing about issues with them.

Total Play being down, Total Play not responding to complaints, etc., etc. Ilox was awesome at first too. Total Play has strung their lines in the same fashion as Ilox and the rest of these incompetent "so called" techs. They will fail as often as everyone else soon enough......lol.

My totalplay was not down ever except once when they were rewire my street, and that was less than hour...
