Looking for Room Mate

I'm posting this for my friend Janet,

I have been fortunate to find a 3 bedroom/3 bath house fully furnished home to rent in lovely Mirasol. It is more than I need so am looking for someone to share rent and expenses.
Mirasol... A lovely neighborhood with wonderful neighbors... Convenient to local transportation... Truly a home away from home. Incredible yard w/lots of veggies & herbs and tropical flowers
A little about myself:
Active single woman... Over 40 (I ignore age)... Non smoker.... No Pets... Respectful of privacy.
Would prefer: Same as above... Mainly want to share the home with a really nice/considerate/responsible person.

Rent: $350.00 Utilities: Shared expenses for telephone/internet, electricity, and gas... Approx. $30-35 per person.
